Key responsibilities
- Responsibility for the administration of a portfolio of trust and company structures.
- Maintaining the highest standards of administration including the periodic production of reports/analyses to third parties.
- Drafting/preparing documents i.e. minutes/resolutions as appropriate.
- Liaising with clients, intermediaries and other professional advisers.
- Attending client meetings with client directors and managers.
- Prepare payment instructions including for online banking systems, with supporting documentation.
- Be responsible for the billing process for your client portfolio.
Skills, knowledge and expertise
- Will hold or be studying towards a Table 5 Qualification.
- Sound working knowledge of the regulatory framework.
- Proven experience, ideally in trust and company administration, financial services or legal services environment.
- Good communication skills with excellent written and verbal English.
- Drive and desire to learn and develop.
