Louise joined VG in 2013 as an office assistant before moving into HR where she is now an HR Administrator. Louise completed the CIPD Level 5 Diploma in People Management in 2017 and is responsible for recruitment, training and recently has undertaken responsibility for payroll and benefits. In 2018 Louise completed a Mental Health First Aiders course through Mind Jersey which provided Louise with the tools to provide initial support to employees who may be in a mental health crisis situation or developing a mental health problem. Louise particularly enjoys the interaction with staff, recruitment agencies and new joiners.
