VG, one of Jersey’s largest independent and privately owned providers of fiduciary and administration solutions, has appointed Debbie Lumsden as Private Client Director of VG tasked with growing the private wealth structuring business as part of the company’s next phase of growth, working alongside Claire Malkoun, Director – Business Development.


Debbie joins VG from Affinity Private Wealth where she was Trust Director for five years. Having worked in the Trust industry for over 20 years, Debbie has held senior leadership roles with Affinity and Nedbank Private Wealth. Debbie has an impressive track record of analysing and developing new business opportunities combined with deep experience of managing client relationships as well as dealing with complex structures and transactions in a variety of jurisdictions for high net worth individuals and families.


Working alongside Debbie and Claire to complete the business development team is Sophie Campbell who joined VG in January 2020 as Business Development Manager. Joining from Equiom, Sophie has worked in the Trust industry for over six years, across multiple jurisdictions, and brings wide-ranging experience in strategic oversight of the client journey including new client acquisition through to on boarding.
