We're delighted to share that we have appointed Jonathan Manning as a Manager in our funds division alongside several other new hires across the wider VG business.

Jonathan, a Level I Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst, brings over 15 years’ experience in fund administration and corporate services, managing and administering varied and complex structures for HNW individuals, FTSE listed companies and private institutions. Jonathan has previously led operations, accounting and onboarding teams responsible for a multi-billion-dollar platform of hedge funds, with primary responsibility for governance, regulatory reporting and taking lead roles in new product structuring. Previous positions were held in back, middle and front office roles at Stonehage Fleming, Deutsche Bank, State Street and Royal Bank of Canada.

In his new role, he will be responsible for maintaining key client relationships within VG’s regulated funds team and overseeing the administration of structures including private equity vehicles, property funds and investment holding companies. Alongside Jonathan’s appointment, VG has also welcomed several other new joiners across the business to begin 2022. In the funds team, Kimberly Brockbank and Chaz Miller have joined as Senior Fund Administrators alongside Jeffrey Da Silva as a Fund Administrator. In VG’s private client division, there have been four new joiners: Petra Felgueiras as Trust Administrator, Laura Pachucy as Bookkeeper, Jess Crocker as Trust Officer, Artur Szajkowski as Client Reporting Accountant and Aggie Kurszewska as Assistant Manager.

The appointments build on a number of previous hires as well as promotions for VG earlier this month across the company’s funds, private client and corporate divisions and reflect the business’s growth in the evolving Jersey fiduciary market.
