Key responsibilities
- Liaising with clients and intermediaries.
- Preparing online payments, appropriate bank instructions and share sales, purchases and transfers.
- Answering phones, preparing emails, working with various share platforms, letters of instruction, and updating spreadsheets in conjunction with the team.
- Preparing necessary documentation for the establishment or termination of Trusts.
- Draft minutes of trustee meetings and document trustee decisions.
Skills, knowledge and expertise
- Will hold or be studying towards a Table 5 Qualification.
- Sound working knowledge of the regulatory framework.
- Proven experience, ideally in trust and company administration, financial services or legal services environment.
- Good communication skills with excellent written and verbal English.
- Drive and desire to learn and develop.
- Excellent and strong commitment to client service and role model client facing behaviour.
